Student Devices
Weldon City Schools participates in the 1:1 initiative, which provides every student access to a digital device. Prior to students being issued a device (e.g., a Chromebook), students and parents must read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined for student use. All students and parents must complete the Student Acceptable Use and Internet Safety Policy (AUP). Even if a student opts out of using a school-issued device, they must still complete the AUP. The AUP provides expectations for student online behavior at school and at home. The Technology Usage Fee is a fee that all students of Weldon City Schools are expected to pay. The fee will be used to cover repair expenses, upgrades, and enhancing technology within the District.
