Transcript Request Terms & Conditions
By submitting a transcript request, you confirm that you are authorized to request the record under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and that all information provided is accurate. Transcript requests are processed using the records available at the time of fulfillment, and requests submitted before grades or graduation are finalized may not reflect updates.
Transcript fees, including electronic transcripts, are generally non-refundable once processing has begun, in accordance with the school’s refund policy. The school is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or errors caused by incorrect information or third-party delivery services; however, eligible electronic transcripts may be resent within a limited timeframe when available.
Submission of a transcript request constitutes acceptance of the school’s Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and these Terms & Conditions.
Privacy Policy
We protect student education records in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Information provided for transcript requests is used only to verify identity, process the request, and deliver records as authorized.
Student records are released only with proper consent from a parent/guardian or eligible student, or as permitted by law.
By submitting a transcript request, you confirm that you are authorized and consent to the release of records under FERPA.
Refund Policy
Please review the following refund policies carefully before submitting a transcript request.
Non-Refundable Fees

Fees paid for electronic transcripts (e-transcripts) are non-refundable.
Processing of Orders

Once a transcript request has entered processing, the order cannot be refunded.

This includes orders submitted before grades or degrees have been officially posted.
Undeliverable Transcripts

Refunds will not be issued for mailed transcripts that are:

Returned or undeliverable by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

The institution is unable to fulfill the transcript request.

A cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Resending Electronic Transcripts

If an electronic transcript does not arrive at its intended destination, it may be resent to the same recipient within 30 days, without requiring an additional purchase.
